  • MDHHS emergency order takes effect on February 8, 2021, at 12:01 AM, at which time the January 22, 2021, order entitled Gatherings and Face Mask Order is rescinded.     PUBLIC COMMENT EXISTING STANDARDS
    Because the Birmingham Board of Education values public meetings, not just meetings in public, we welcome public comment on school issues. Most comments can be concisely stated in 3 minutes and the Board respectfully asks that comments remain focused on the topic or issue and not on specific personnel. 

    Board comments may now be submitted via video. Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes and must abide by Board comment guidelines. All videos must include your first and last name.
