UPDATE: 6th graders are allowed to be full members of any team or individual sport at BCS. Sixth grade students may be on the roster, but no 7th or 8th grade student will be cut to make room for a 6th grade student.
Athletics registration and payment of athletics fee is an online process. Please use the link below to complete registration.
BPS is happy to announce that PowerSchool Registration, powered by InfoSnap, is available for Athletic Registration.

(As a reminder, this is an online student registration/data validation system, which allows the district to verify all student demographic, emergency and medical information, prior to the start of the athletic season. It is critical to ensure we have the most up-to-date contact and medical information for all students. The system is a secure and green process supporting our focus on safety and security. Electronic registration platforms of all kinds engage parents to ensure that information is entered properly, significantly reducing errors. The system will also allow families to electronically sign the annual permission forms. Reminder: you must still submit a physical to the Athletic Offices prior to participating. All physicals must be dated after April 15, 2019.)
An Emergency Treatment Form is due to the BCS Office as part of the Athletic Registration Process. Please print and complete the form. A link is sent after your sport registration is complete. Link: Emergency Treatment Form
BCS Athletic Participation Physical Forms
BPS Physical Evaluation Form
A current year physical is one given on or after April 15 of the previous school year. Contact the BCS Office if you need to confirm the date of a physical on file.
Athletic Participation Fee
All students participating in athletics are subject to a “Pay to Play” participation fee. The fee is $135 per sport. If cuts have to be made, the fee will be refunded. No student will be excluded from a program or team for financial reasons. Please contact Mr. Hill to request a waiver for the fee. All information is kept confidential.
Eligibility Slip - "Orange Slip"
Once all physical paperwork is complete and the fee is paid, the student will be issued a slip of eligibility, referred to as the “orange slip” through the main office. It is the responsibility of the student to give the “orange slip” to the coach at the first tryout/practice attended. The slip is essentially an admission ticket to the student’s first practice/try out. The student will not be allowed to tryout and/or practice without an eligibility slip.
Please allow for a 24-hour turnaround time from when you have completed online registration or turned in the physical for an “orange slip” to be provided. "Orange Slips" may be found in the front office, once issued.
