Make Me a Maple

  • Description: Seaholm’s Mentoring program is an orientation and transition program for incoming freshman. This program is student led by upper-class mentors who plan a fun and informative orientation day for all freshmen in late August. During the school year, freshman meet with their mentors at least twice a month during planned X block periods to help with the ongoing transition to high school. Each spring, applications to be a mentor are available to students who will be juniors or seniors the following year. Mentors are chosen by a committee consisting of administration, counselors, teachers, and mentoring advisors.
