    Our goals

BPS Diversity work is guided by a Strategic Plan with the mission to "Make BPS an environment where diversity is authentically included, espoused and celebrated."  Our goals are:

    1. Create a safe learning environment that is inclusive and respects all students and staff.

    2. Foster, create, encourage cross cultural experiences and dialogue.

    3. Advocate for the inclusion of diverse perspectives, traditions, cultures and backgrounds in our BPS curriculum.

    4. Strongly advocate for the addition of diversity plan Goal 3 to the BPS district Strategic Plan.
