Ms. Elizabeth Barr

Ms. Elizabeth has worked at the Early Childhood Center for 8 years. She has taught for over 17 years, primarily in Early Childhood Special Education classrooms. She is a graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Elementary Education. She earned a Master's degree from Saginaw Valley State University in  Special Education with endorsements in Cognitive Impairments and Learning Disabilities. "I love to teach because I love to play! Research shows that play is the most natural way a child can learn and grow. As a special education teacher, I can plan the play experiences and differentiate the activity to the abilities of each child."

Ms. Mackenzie Murray

Ms. Mackenzie's is in her second year at the Early Childhood Center. She is currently enrolled at Oakland Community College with plans for a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has worked with children in different camps and is a club soccer trainer. "I enjoy seeing children's excitement as they make new accomplishments and discoveries!"
