Sports Participation
To participate in sports you must have: 1) current physical on file (dated after April 15, 2018), 2) permission form on
file, 3) be passing at least 3 classes and 4) paid participation fee. Try-outs for sports are announced during student
announcements and on the Berkshire website. Students must be in school a minimum of three periods to
participate in an athletic contest or practice that afternoon or evening. If a student is suspended from school,
he/she may not participate in any athletic practices or events. Check the athletic portion of Berkshire’s website for all
necessary forms. All outstanding fines must be paid before students can participate in athletics.
