I’m currently working on my twentieth year teaching, which seems impossible!  I graduated from Oakland University in December of 2000 and started teaching the following January in Pontiac, Michigan.  I moved to Birmingham Public Schools and have had the pleasure of teaching children at both Greenfield Elementary School and Beverly Elementary School.  I loved my time in third grade and I have been enjoying my adventures in fourth grade.  I completed my Masters Degree in Education from Marygrove College and I am always taking classes to continue growing as an educator.

My life outside of teaching is always exciting with, two kids, a husband, and a dog.  We live in the BPS district so please make sure to say hello, if you see me around town or at the grocery store.
