In Honors Pre-Calculus you will study functions, analytical trigonometry, advanced algebra, probability, and limits. The graphing calculator is used to develop understanding of concepts and to aid in problem solving. This class is intended to prepare mathematically curious and determined students for the fast-paced and academically rigorous Advanced Placement BC Calculus course.
Good mathematics is not how many answers you know,
but how you behave when you don’t know.
"The mark of powerful learning is the ability to solve problems in new contexts or to solve problems that differ from the ones one has been trained to solve."
