Thank you for visiting - Huan Ying - Merci de votre visite - Gracias por visitarWORLD LANGUAGE DEPARTMENT
Follow @SeaholmWLThe mission of the World Language Department at Seaholm High School is to educate students in the acquisition of a new language and its respective culture. In our classes, our students learn to listen, read, write and speak in the target language, while also gaining relevant cultural insight and experience. This learning will help students become reflective, compassionate, and honorable members of our interdependent global society.
Our staff is committed to teaching the 5 C's of Foreign Language Learning, as outlined in the National Standards in Foreign Language Education: Communication, Culture, Connections, Comparisons, and Communities."As language teachers, we dream of inspiring our students to practice autonomously and make human connections outside of the classroom." -T. Hoy
