This will be my 22nd year teaching here in Birmingham.  I have spent the last 14 years here as a Derby Dragon.  My husband and I live in the district and have two daughters.  My oldest daughter, Claire, will be starting her career at the University of Michigan this year while my younger daughter will be a junior at Groves High School.  She will be running XC as well as playing soccer for the Groves Falcons.  I am looking forward to a great year.  Feel free to contact me via email at kwesterlund@birmingham.k12.mi.us with any questions.
