Hello! My name is Kelsey Arsenault and I have been serving as the school counselor for Harlan Elementary School since 2017. Although I was born and raised in Michigan, I spent a number of years in California where I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of San Diego.

At Harlan, we proudly offer a comprehensive school counseling program for ALL students in grades K-5. As the school counselor, I support social-emotional learning throughout the building, provide classroom lessons, deliver small groups and individual counseling services, and much, much more!
