How to Apply to BCS - Enrollment grades 3-8
BCS serves students in grades 3-8. Enrollment is full for the 2018-2019 school year in grades 3-7 with an opening in grade 8. There is currently a wait list for each grade except for 8th grade. If you live within the Birmingham Public School District and would like to place your child on the wait list, you may do so in person at the Education and Administrative Center, 31301 Evergreen Road, Beverly Hills.

Enrollment Timeline for Openings in the 2019-2020 School Year Sunday, BCS Open House from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. December 2, 2018 Registration for 2019-2020 BCS Lottery will take place. Thursday, Information Session in the BCS Media Center at 6:30 p.m. December 13, 2018 Intended for those unable to attend the Open House;
no registrations taken and no tours given.
January 7-11, 2019 Registration Week for 2019-2020 Lottery BPS Education and Administration Center 31301 Evergreen Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025 Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Forms are not available online or at the BCS school office. Wednesday, Public Lottery for 2019-2020 School Year January 16, 2019 In the event that registrations exceed openings available, a public lottery will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the BPS Education and Administration Center. Families will be advised by mail of the enrollment status of their child(ren). January 17-25, 2019 Group Tours, Only, Due to High Volume of Requests Monday, Letters Mailed to Students Accepted During the Lottery January 21, 2019 Wednesday, Letters Mailed to Students Placed on the Wait List January 22, 2019 Friday, Deadline for Acceptance of Lottery Space at 4:00 p.m. January 25, 2019 Friday Previous Year's Wait List Expires at 4:00 p.m. January 25, 2019 Monday, Beginning of Individual Parent Meetings February 4, 2019 Individual parent meetings are scheduled with an administrator and counselor to discuss placement of each new student. (BPS elementary principals notified of students from their schools accepted to BCS for the 2019-20 school year.) For privacy purposes, student names will NOT be posted at the school or on the district website.
