Forensic / Debate Club

  • Does your child have the gift of gab? Do they like to act or present information? If so, FORENSIC might be the perfect activity for them.

Forensic is competitive public speaking. There are 14 different, unique types of performance. So that means we can find a category that meets the interest of all of the students! Half the categories are traditional informative or persuasive speeches. The other half of the categories are acting-based. The majority of the categories are individual, although there can be an opportunity to compete with a partner or in a group. All grades, with the exception of a few categories, compete against each other (6-8).

It's a great activity if kids like to debate, perform, act or participate in improv.

The Forensics Season runs from late January through early Spring.
