• Welcome to the Career Focused Education Department

    Our mission is to prepare students with the necessary academic, technical, and work-behavior skills to enter, compete, and advance in education and their careers. We give students the opportunity to discover their passions and investigate careers to build a foundation for future success. The CFE Department consists of Business Technology, Engineering Technology and Life Management. We feel it is important to connect students to the outside world utilizing guest speakers, job shadowing, and career internship opportunities. While in class, students will learn through various forms of teaching, including project-based learning, as well as developing their soft skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork, professionalism and more. Finally, we strive to nurture the whole child, including their social and emotional well-being.  
CTE
