Allergies

  • If your child has allergies to food or substance, we will work with you to keep them safe in the school environment.

    All students with allergies must complete the Allergy Questionnaire.

    If your child has asthma, please complete an Asthma Care Plan.
     
    If your child will need to have medication kept at school in case of emergency, please complete the Permission to Administer Medication form.
