Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! Ms. Murphy is beginning her seventh year at Groves High School. As the "jack of all trades," in the Social Studies Department, Ms. Murphy teaches several of the required courses: ninth grade World History, tenth grade U.S. History, and eleventh and twelveth grade Government. When she is not in the classroom or advising the class of 2020, you can find Ms. Murphy on a pool deck. Ms. Murphy is her beginning her tenth season with BBD and is the lead coach for the 9/10s, and is currently the head coach at Cranbrook Swim Club.
