Welcome to my Class!   I'm excited to explore Language Arts with you.  I've been teaching in Birmingham Public Schools for quite some time.  I'm a graduate of Michigan State University, Oakland University and Saginaw Valley University.  I'm the mom to two boys and love spending time traveling with my family, reading and scrapbooking.

I'm looking forward to reading, writing and listening in the classroom.  Together we will spend much time exploring novels, short stories and readings from a variety of genres.  We will also be evaluating ourselves as writers and learning the craft!

It is bound to be a great year!
