Welcome! My name is Ms. Yaldo and I teach 7th grade College Prep Math and 7th grade Math Lab. I've been a teacher at Berkshire since 2006 and have taught all levels of almost every grade. I look forward to continuing my students’ mathematics education and am excited for a successful school year.

I believe in the classroom as a "community of learners" and my teaching style is structured and organized with an easy-to-follow system for class work and homework. This enables students to take charge of their own learning within this community. My goal as a math teacher is to ensure that my students are proficient in all of the mathematical practice standards. These standards include making sure that my students are proficient in problem solving, reasoning, mathematical communication, representation, adaptive reasoning, conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and the like.
